At HireNinja, we value your privacy and give you full control over your data. If you no longer wish to use our services, you can request to delete your personal information and account data at any time.

What Happens When You Delete Your Data

When you request deletion:

• Your account, profile, and all associated information (including resumes, job matches, and messages) will be permanently deleted from our systems.
• Any connected integrations (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Gmail, Slack, GitHub, or LinkedIn) will be disconnected automatically.
• You will no longer have access to your account or any of its data.

Data Retention Exceptions

Certain information may be retained for:

• Legal or compliance obligations (e.g., transaction records required by law)
• Fraud prevention and security monitoring.

All retained data is stored securely and deleted as soon as it’s no longer legally required.
