1.2 Your Responsibilities

• Accept full responsibility for decisions or actions made based on AI outputs.

1.4 No Guarantees

We provide no warranties for AI-generated content. You assume full responsibility for your use of the Services and any outcomes.

2.1 Access License

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access and use the Services. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue Services at any time.

2.2 Account Management

• Provide accurate and current account information.
• Keep credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• Not impersonate others or provide false identity information.

2.3 Prohibited Uses

• Violations of law or regulation.
• Child exploitation or abuse.
• Infrastructure disruption or critical system interference.

• Privacy violations or identity theft.

2.4 Usage Limits

2.5 Promotions and Rewards

• Reverse engineer or decompile the Services

• Transfer access to others
• Harm our brand or systems
• Scrape or mine data without permission
• Upload malicious or prohibited content
• Exceed usage limits

6.1 Ownership & Control

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You must have the rights to all data you provide and confirm that it complies with applicable laws.

6.2 Data Sharing Disclaimer

Outputs may be similar to those of other users submitting similar prompts. We do not guarantee uniqueness of results.

7.1 License to Use

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, all rights granted to you cease immediately.

• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the prior three months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. U.S. federal regulations may also apply.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes with us informally.

12.3 Regional Provisions

• EU Residents: You benefit from the protections of your local consumer laws.
• U.S. Government Users: The Services are “commercial items” under applicable U.S. code.
• Export Compliance: You confirm that you are not located in or affiliated with any restricted jurisdiction or party.

12.4 Severability and Waiver

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, it will be replaced by a valid term that reflects the original intent. Our failure to enforce any term is not a waiver.
